All of the staff, Doctors, RNs, Tech's, and volunteers care, yes I said care about the patients. The decor is more fine hotel than sterile hospital. And most importantly, the Medical personnel know their stuff.
Beautiful Hospital with Excellent Equipment and Great people!
I was misurable and they took 45 min to take me back after I had made the appointment. Service was good tho they gave me a blanket
I have always get the best attention!
I’ve always had great service and the hospital itself is impeccable. Everything from cleanliness to building design seems great! Truly one of the nicest hospitals in the state with some great nurses. Would highly reccomend!
Great patient treatment at all areas of hospital. Super nice and helpful staff in offices, admin., valet parking areas, nurses, doctors, PT and other therapies. Radiology, MRI and phlebotomist.
I've been going into the Cancer Center for almost two years now. Absolute best medical experience I've ever had. Super customer care and the friendliest staff anywhere. Oncologists are superb and the facilities are unmatchable.
I was born here and I turned out fine thanks guys :) -1995
I had to go here for a bad poison ivy infection while I was on vacation. The staff was amazing. The doctor was so very helpful. I was offered a warm blanket. It was also clean. I was in and out in no time at all and feeling better after the medication took effect.
Good service. Very expensive.
I have the staff to be very nice and helpful. As far as i am concerned, my wife recieved excellent treatment. It was top draw all the way.
I am extremely pleased with the care I have received, and am currently receiving, at Valley View. In 2015 Dr. Armstrong attended to my right foot then the Physical Therapy department had me up and walking (as pain free as possible) in 8 visits. Dr. Collins staff were gentle and kind at 7:00 a.m....ugh! Now Dr. Grillot and Jeanine, an Occupations Hand Specialist, are attending to my left hand. This is extremely important to me since I am a Massage Therapist. Aging as we do, I feel the staff to be professional, empathetic, and knowledgeable. An extra treat is the cafeteria...delicious food to sooth the soul when some things just don't feel so good.
I have recently had surgery on my knee and it was very crucial for me to get into rehab instantly, I just moved near Glenwood and my insurance claimed I was out of network. Pauline Gardner, and anna from Valley View both are going above and beyond to help me gain coverage! I could not express how thankful I am for their help, and all the high quality Physical Therapy from Jared Curt. This is the BEST customer service I have ever had and hope to spread my wonderful experience! Thank you all so much Valley View should be so proud of their team of hard workers!
